ERTH CLASX – Return & Refund Policy

Orders placed during our preorder window are made-to-order and enter production immediately.

Preorder items are estimated to ship within 6-8 weeks from the date of purchase. Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but may be subject to change due to manufacturing or logistics delays.

Refund Policy for Preorders:

• Customers may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing a preorder.
• After 24 hours, orders may not be canceled once production has begun.
• If production delays exceed 30 days beyond the estimated window, customers may request a refund.

Returns (After Delivery):

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition and packaging.

Items must:
• Be unused
• Be in original packaging
• Include all original materials

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Final sale items are not eligible for return.
